About Our Speakers

Carl Souchereau has over two decades of project management and leadership experience in a number of positions and roles including serving 20 years as an officer in the Royal Canadian Navy. Most recently he has served in a number of senior project and program management positions in the private and public sectors.  Mr. Souchereau’ has lead large military equipment overhaul programs, the Project Management Office and Enterprise Program Management Office at TransAlta Corp, and currently leads the planning, development, and delivery of large Transmission and Distribution projects for SNC Lavalin, including $2.1b of electrical transmission and substation construction.

Ben Chamberlain is UMT360’s Chief Product and Marketing Officer and is responsible for the strategic direction and worldwide go-to-market activities for UMT360’s Enterprise Portfolio Management solutions.  He has  more than a decade of experience of building innovative Portfolio Management solutions that have helped global 2000 companies align investment decisions with strategic priorities and transform the way they manage their product, project, application and IT service portfolios.
